Jindal Hotels re-appointed Palak Gandhi as Independent Director for a five-year term

Jindal Hotels Limited announced that Ms. Palak Gandhi was re-appointed as a Non-Executive, Independent Director for a five-year term from July 12, 2027, to July 11, 2032, at the company’s 41st Annual General Meeting held on September 22, 2026. Ms. Gandhi, who is a finance professional with 22 years of experience, currently serves on the Audit, Stakeholder Relationship, and Nomination & Remuneration Committees of Jindal Hotels Limited and was first appointed to the board on July 12, 2022.
