ARTEMIS ADR MARKETPLACE LIMITED, formerly known as Jetmall Spices and Masala Limited, announced that its members approved the appointment of M/s K Singh & Associates, Chartered Accountants, (FRN: 012458N), Chandigarh, as the company's statutory auditors for a term of four consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 14th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 18th Annual General Meeting, at a meeting held on September 21, 2026.
