Nirmitee Robotics closes trading window ahead of financial results review in October

Nirmitee Robotics India Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, for designated persons and their immediate relatives, pending consideration of unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, with the board meeting date to be announced separately.
