Zuari Industries acquired a 9.05% stake in Texmaco for Rs 147.96 crore via a block deal

Zuari Industries Limited acquired 1,28,10,900 equity shares of Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings Limited from its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zuari International Limited, for approximately Rs 147.96 crore through a block deal on the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. on September 23, 2026, increasing Zuari Industries' stake in Texmaco to 30.83% from 20.78%, while the promoter and promoter group’s collective shareholding remains at 66.55%. The acquisition, which constitutes a related party transaction, was undertaken to consolidate the investment portfolio and was executed at a cash consideration.
