Jaysynth Orgochem closes trading window for insiders ahead of September results

Jaysynth Orgochem Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the company will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the code of conduct for regulating and reporting trading by insiders and SEBI regulations.
