Manomay Tex India closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results

Manomay Tex India Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for shares of the company will be closed for directors, key managerial personnel, connected persons, designated employees, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026.
