Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
