Ritco Logistics closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results release

Ritco Logistics Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and Bombay Stock Exchange Limited that the trading window for directors, promoters, designated persons, and their immediate relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026.
