Logiciel Solutions Limited secures Rs 62.36 million marketing services contract with Stori Boat Productions LLP

Logiciel Solutions Limited has entered into a marketing service agreement with M/s Stori Boat Productions LLP for brand repositioning, identity refresh, and website design and development, according to a regulatory filing on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. The total professional fee for the services is Rs 62,36,000, exclusive of goods and services tax, and the agreement, dated September 23, 2026, will remain in force until the expiry of the defect warranty period. M/s Stori Boat Productions LLP, incorporated on December 12, 2019, reported a turnover of Rs 5.86 crore for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026.
