Crescentis Capital will restrict trading for insiders following SEBI regulations in 2026

Crescentis Capital Limited, formerly known as Som Datt Finance Corporation Limited, will close its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
