D & H India Limited closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results

D & H India Limited informed the BSE that the trading window for its designated persons, including promoters, directors, and key managerial personnel, will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026; the company will notify the Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) two trading days prior to the closure.
