SRM Contractors Limited informed the BSE Limited and The National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the legal status of its branch, 'SRM Contractors Limited – Abu Dhabi,' has been converted to a 'Single Owner / Sole Proprietorship Limited Liability Company' named 'SRM Contractors LLC' under the Department of Economic Development, Abu Dhabi, UAE. SRM Contractors LLC, with an initial capital of AED 100,000, now operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of SRM Contractors Limited, which holds 100% of its shareholding.
