Gayatri BioOrganics Limited will close its trading window from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, for designated persons, immediate relatives, and connected persons, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; a board meeting will be scheduled to consider and approve the results, and a separate notice will be sent to the BSE Limited.
