Ramco Industries Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited that the trading window for its Directors and designated persons will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026.
