Ashtasiddhi Industries will halt trading for insiders following quarterly results in late September 2026

Ashtasiddhi Industries Limited, formerly known as Gujarat Investa Limited, will close its trading window for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
