NOCIL Limited will close its trading window for designated and connected persons from Wednesday, September 30, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, as approved by the Board of Directors, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India.
