IFB Industries will halt trading for insiders ahead of financial results announcement

IFB Industries Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition and Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, reopening 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
