Axis Bank appoints Arvind Subramanian as independent director for four years

Axis Bank Limited announced the appointment of Arvind Subramanian as an additional independent director for a period of four years, effective September 23, 2026, through September 22, 2030, subject to shareholder approval. Subramanian, aged 53, currently serves as Executive Vice President and Managing Director at Iron Mountain India Pvt. Ltd. and previously held leadership roles at Boston Consulting Group and Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited.
