Lakhotia Polyesters shareholders approve Kajal Dubey and Murli Lakhotia for director roles

Lakhotia Polyesters (India) Limited announced that its shareholders approved the appointment of Ms. Kajal Dubey as an independent director, effective July 17, 2026, for a five-year term, and Mr. Murli Harishkumar Lakhotia as a director, effective August 18, 2026, at the company's 21st Annual General Meeting.
