Gopalkumar Girdharbhai Ranparia, Managing Director, informed BSE Limited that theNetlink Solutions (India)’s registered office will be moved from the State of Maharashtra to the State of Gujarat, following an order dated September 22, 2026, from the Hon’ble Regional Director, Western Region-I, which also includes a consequential amendment to clause II of the company’s Memorandum of Association.
