IDFC FIRST Bank grants equity shares to employees via stock options program

IDFC FIRST Bank Limited has allotted 6,28,885 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each to eligible employees upon the exercise of stock options under the ‘IDFC FIRST Bank - ESOS’, according to a regulatory filing on September 22, 2026, increasing the bank’s issued and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 86,22,19,62,360 comprising 8,62,21,96,236 equity shares to Rs 86,22,82,51,210 comprising 8,62,28,25,121 equity shares.
