Orient Beverages closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results release

Orient Beverages Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and The Calcutta Stock Exchange that the trading window for securities of the company will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
