Neptune Logitek Limited announced that its shareholders approved a special resolution at the 14th Annual General Meeting held on September 21, 2026, to alter the main object of the company as detailed in Annexure – I, which includes adding a sub-clause to design, develop, and provide software and IT solutions for logistics, transportation, and related industries.
