Neptune Logitek Limited announced that its shareholders approved a special resolution at the 14th Annual General Meeting held on September 21, 2026, to add a sub-clause to Clause III (A) of the company’s Memorandum of Association, enabling the company to engage in designing, developing, owning, licensing, customizing, implementing, maintaining, upgrading, marketing, distributing, operating, and providing software and information technology-enabled solutions for logistics, transportation, supply chain, and related industries.
