Emkay Global converts warrants, allotting shares to promoter Prakash Kacholia

Emkay Global Financial Services Limited announced the allotment of 100,000 equity shares to promoter Prakash Kacholia following the conversion of an equal number of warrants, according to a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited on September 21, 2026. The allotment, priced at Rs 239.50 per share, increased the company’s issued, subscribed, and paid-up capital from Rs 27,82,55,800 divided into 2,78,25,580 equity shares to Rs 27,92,55,800 divided into 2,79,25,580 equity shares.
