Nirlon Limited informed the BSE Limited that its shareholders approved a final dividend of Rs 15 per share, equivalent to 150%, for the financial year 2025-26 at the company’s 67th Annual General Meeting held on September 18, 2026, with payment expected to commence on or after September 23, 2026.
