HMA Agro Industries Limited announced that its members approved the appointment of M/s VAA & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the company's Statutory Auditors at the 18th Annual General Meeting held on Friday, September 18, 2026. M/s VAA & Associates will hold office for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 18th AGM until the conclusion of the 23rd AGM.
