Vision Cinemas Limited announced that its shareholders approved the appointment of CS S Suresh, Practising Company Secretary, as the company’s Secretarial Auditor for a term of five years commencing from the financial year 2026-27 to the financial year 2030-31, at the 33rd Annual General Meeting held on September 16, 2026.
