Welspun Corp subsidiary forms Jordanian unit to manufacture pipes for water, gas, and oil

Welspun Corp Limited informed the BSE Ltd. and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Welspun Global Holdings Limited, DIFC, UAE, has approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary in Jordan, to be named “Welspun Pipe Jordan, PSC” or a similar name approved by Jordanian authorities, which will manufacture iron and steel products including pipes for water, gas, and oil transportation; Welspun Global Holdings Limited will hold 100% of the shares in the new company, making it a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary of Welspun Corp Limited.
