Arvind SmartSpaces Limited allotted equity shares under its 2016 Employee Stock Option Plan

Arvind SmartSpaces Limited, formerly known as Arvind Infrastructure Limited, announced the allotment of 20,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each on September 18, 2026, under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2016 (“ASL ESOP 2016”) to the ASL ESOP Trust, with the shares to be transferred to eligible employees upon the exercise of stock options.
