Krishanveer Forge shareholders reappointed Nitin Rajore and named two new directors

Krishanveer Forge Limited announced that its shareholders approved the reappointment of Nitin Shyam Rajore as a Whole-Time Director for five years, effective December 1, 2026, and the appointment of Ravi Kapoor and Vijeta Subhash Kulkarni as Non-Executive Independent Directors for terms of five years, also starting December 1, 2026.
