Globe Multi Ventures Limited, formerly known as Globe Commercials Ltd, has received a one-month extension from the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai, to hold its Annual General Meeting, initially due September 30, 2026, according to a filing with the Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Ltd on September 18, 2026. The extension, granted via a letter dated September 7, 2026, was requested due to circumstances preventing the company from holding the meeting on time, and the company will separately announce the date of the AGM and submit the Annual Report under Regulation 34(1).
