Hemo Organic receives Rs 27.6 million second tranche from allottees including Vacro Enterprises

Hemo Organic Limited informed the BSE that its board of directors approved the receipt of a second tranche of consideration amounting to Rs 2,76,25,000 from allottees in the “Non-Promoter” category for convertible warrants, as detailed in Annexure-1, which includes Vacro Enterprises Private Limited and Qmin Realities Private Limited. The company stated that upon full conversion of the 34,00,000 outstanding warrants, its equity share capital will increase from Rs 3,46,59,000 comprising 34,65,900 shares to Rs 6,86,59,000 comprising 68,65,900 shares.
