Abans Financial Services revises ESOP share allotment to 375,365 due to an operational issue

Abans Financial Services Limited, formerly known as Abans Holdings Limited, revised the allotment of equity shares under its ESOP Scheme 2023 to 3,75,365 shares, down from a previous allotment, due to an operational issue pertaining to one of the eligible ESOP grantees, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on September 17, 2026. The revised issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the company now stands at Rs 10,24,30,248, consisting of 5,12,15,124 equity shares.
