Ind-Swift Laboratories allotted warrants valued at Rs 34.3 crore to Essix Biosciences

Ind-Swift Laboratories Limited announced that its Preferential Issue Committee approved the allotment of 70,00,000 fully convertible warrants at a price of Rs 196 per warrant, including a premium of Rs 186, to Essix Biosciences Limited, an entity belonging to the ‘Promoter & Promoter Group,’ for a total subscription price of Rs 34,30,00,000.
