Hindprakash Industries Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Meenal Jain as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective September 17, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. The company also disclosed that Managing Director Mr. Sanjay Prakash Mangal, Wholetime Director Mr. Santosh Nambiar, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Hetal Shah, and newly appointed Company Secretary Ms. Meenal Jain are authorized to determine the materiality of events and make disclosures to stock exchanges.
