Embassy Office Parks REIT to issue Rs 1,000 crore in debentures for debt repayment

Embassy Office Parks Management Services Private Limited, the manager to Embassy Office Parks REIT, announced that its Borrowings Committee approved the issuance of 1,00,000 listed, rated, secured, redeemable, transferable, rupee-denominated, non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, aggregating to a principal amount of Rs 1,000 Crore, on a private placement basis, with a tenor of up to 3 years, to be utilized for repayment of existing debt and/or expenses related to the issuance.
