Raama Paper Mills Limited, under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), will hold a board meeting on September 22, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. in Delhi to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the trading window for the company's securities is closed for directors, officers, and designated employees effective immediately, to reopen 48 hours after the results announcement.
