YES BANK names Harish Sehgal interim CVO following Soman’s resignation

YES BANK Limited announced that Harish Sehgal, currently Head – AML & Principal Officer, has been designated as the interim Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of the bank, effective September 16, 2026, following the resignation of Mr. Binu Soman. Mr. Sehgal will continue in his existing role and report to the Managing Director & CEO, and his designation as interim CVO also constitutes a change in Senior Management Personnel (SMP) as per SEBI regulations.
