Amber Enterprises India Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. on September 16, 2026, that shareholders at the company’s 36th Annual General Meeting approved the re-appointment of Mr. Prakash Iyer (DIN: 00956349) and Ms. Sabina Moti Bhavnani (DIN: 06553087) as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a second term of five consecutive years, effective September 19, 2026.
