Mangal Electrical Industries Limited appointed Mr. Rohit Pokharna as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective September 16, 2026, at a total remuneration of Rs 45,00,000 per annum, replacing Mr. Pawan Mendiratta who stepped down from the position on August 31, 2026. Mr. Pokharna, a Chartered Accountant with over nine years of experience, previously worked at S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP (EY) and B S R & Co. LLP (KPMG India), and has also been designated as an authorized person for determining the materiality of events and making disclosures to the stock exchanges.
