Cube Highways Trust has entered into a binding offer with Apco Infratech Private Limited and Chetak Enterprises Limited, along with their affiliates Apco Chetak Ultraway Private Limited and Apco Chetak Expressway Private Limited, to acquire 100% of the equity share capital of the SPVs, which operate in the road infrastructure industry and are located in Uttar Pradesh. The acquisition, expected to be completed subject to regulatory approvals including from the National Highways Authority of India, will increase Cube InvIT’s portfolio to 29 SPVs and is anticipated to strengthen its revenue base and enhance its Net Asset Value, with a total consideration subject to adjustments and to be disclosed upon execution of definitive agreements.
