Cubical Financial Services shareholders consider offer to acquire 26% stake at Rs 2.50 per share

Cubical Financial Services Limited announced that its Committee of Independent Directors has recommended that shareholders consider an open offer by Mr. Manoj Agrawal, Mr. Amit Kumar Saraogi, and related parties, including Mrs. Shikha Agrawal, M/S Manoj Agrawal HUF, and Mrs. Kanchan Saraogi, to acquire up to 3,77,44,200 equity shares, representing 26.00% of the emerging equity and voting share capital, at a price of Rs 2.50 per share, along with applicable interest of up to Rs 0.021 per share. The recommendation, based on a review of documents including the Letter of Offer dated September 9, 2026, states the offer price is fair and reasonable and in line with SEBI regulations.
