Panasonic Energy India moves registered office to Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh, pending approvals

Panasonic Energy India Co. Ltd. announced that its members approved a proposal to shift the company's registered office from Vadodara, Gujarat, to Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh, and to alter Clause II of its Memorandum of Association, subject to regulatory approvals. The move, effective upon receiving the necessary approvals, aligns the registered office with the company’s manufacturing and business operations, which have been based in Pithampur since 2022.
