Panasonic Energy India Co. Ltd. announced September 14, 2026, that its members approved a proposal to shift the company's registered office from GIDC, Makarpura, Vadodara, Gujarat, India - 390010 to Plot No. 112, Industrial Area, Sector 3, Pithampur, District Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, India – 454 774, subject to regulatory approvals, and to alter Clause II of its Memorandum of Association to reflect the change from the “State of Gujarat” to the “State of Madhya Pradesh.”
