Cubical Financial Services Limited announced the allotment of 5,11,00,000 equity shares at a price of Rs 2.50 per share, for an aggregate amount of Rs 12,77,50,000, in the second tranche of a preferential issue, following in-principle approval from the BSE Limited and the Reserve Bank of India. The allotment follows a previous tranche on September 7, 2026, where 2,89,00,000 equity shares were allotted, and the total number of shares approved for allotment under the preferential issue is up to 8,00,00,000. Manoj Agrawal and Amit Kumar Saraogi are among the allottees, and their status will be reclassified as promoters upon completion of an ongoing open offer process.
