Sandeep Gupta disclosed an inter-se transfer of shares by way of gift amongst immediate relatives, acquiring 9,51,141 shares in Asian Hotels (West) Limited on September 9, 2026, increasing his stake to 16.32% from 8.16% of the company's diluted share capital, while Vinita Gupta transferred 2,00,000 shares, reducing her stake to 1.72% from 9.88%.
