Ceigall India to acquire JKJTL for Rs 5,00,000, partnering with HCC Concessions

Ceigall India Limited announced that its board approved the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Jam Khambhaliya Jamnagar Power Transmission Limited (JKJTL), a wholly owned subsidiary of REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited, for Rs 5,00,000, and a 49% equity investment in a joint venture company to be incorporated with HCC Concessions Limited, with a subscription of 4,900 equity shares for Rs 49,000. The acquisition of JKJTL is linked to a Letter of Intent received from REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited for a common transmission system project, and the joint venture will focus on infrastructure development and construction activities.
