Shree Hanuman Sugar awaits NCLT consideration of its resolution plan under IBC

Shree Hanuman Sugar & Industries Limited informed the BSE that the Resolution Plan approved by the Committee of Creditors is under consideration of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench, following an application filed under Section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016; the matter was heard on September 10, 2026, and is scheduled for further consideration on September 17, 2026.
