Sofcom Systems Ltd. appoints P M S H P S & Co. as auditors for five years

Sofcom Systems Ltd. approved the appointment of M/s P M S H P S & Co., Chartered Accountants (FRN: 121366W) as its Statutory Auditors at a board meeting held on September 10, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the 31st Annual General Meeting, where they will hold office for five years. The appointment follows a merger of M/s. P. M. Shah & Co., M/s. Hardik P. Shah & Co., and M/s. Shah Dave & Co., and the firm now has five partners and a team of 22 personnel.
